Shipwrights. That's the slot the Strakes and Winglets go into, and it's nothing new.

Eh, they're just cosmetic add-on, nothing special. The strakes do look rather sssssssnazzy on my X, though.
I don't think we'll see any ship mods for Smuggler stuff til at least the new slicing system.
