Are we suppose to be abel to salvage these? I have a few crates and they're doing me no good now?

No, it might happen, it might not... but not at the moment.

EDIT: Don't get rid of them, it could happen...

I will definately be keeping my 50+ crates of clamps and 20+ crates of prec las Knives. Stupid Me! After pub 19 I uncrated all of my weapon and armor upgrade kits to get the last 1 salvaged I destroyed the rest without salvage option. Wish now I hadn't. I did this to about 50 crates. When pub 19 came out they clearly stated that u would only get 1 per crate. Then they switched a few weeks later and u got all salvaged. I lost a bunch. Oh Well!!
