Im not sure how any of this goes and im too lazy to read all of the FAQ's. Basically I need a smuggler who knows what hes doing. I am willing to pay very well. I have an excellent pistol and with these new smuggler options Im not sure what to really expect anymore. I am "assuming" slicingrequires bothskills and tools. So I am looking for a smuggler with the best of the both. Thank you. ---- K'ale Argile ---

several notes:
first: this belongs onyour galaxy's trade forum. this forum is for smuggler issues(or just random rants 
)
)second: the tools now all have the same quality: none. tools are required to adjust your weapon by set amounts.
third: the skills of the smuggler are only proven by discussing with the customer(you, in this case) what you want and translating that into a set of slices on the pistol.
if ur out of luck on the trade forums, ask around in-game to people who know master smugglers that have tested the slicing system.

The movie version will be out later this summer, as soon a ILM finishes the special effects.

the movie will only be available on dvd and VHS for $99.99. anyone found guildy of downloading it or offering it for downloading will recieve a bill for $1000.
Then again, you can always find your local smuggler to download it safely for you

You could not have put it much better then that.
A quick search for a Master Smuggler live and you could get some answers and likely some help. As a Flurrian with a MSmuggler character I get lots of questions and I try to help every time. Even my alt, who's never been a smuggler, get's questions on this. Heck last night I passed 4 MSmugglers (*coughsmells like someRespec Smugglers cough*) just running between Theed and Bestine. They are out there... best to just look in game. But at least try the Flurry trade forum:
