Thread: What slices are most effective?

I tried browsing this fourm, and can't find what I am looking for. Which slices are best to appy? Which are popular ?
I have a really nice seto of 8100 energy resist armor that I want to slice for Jedi hunting. Please help me decide or post a link to the info that I'm sure others have been told already.
A 3% chance to have a reduction of 50% with Hardening ? This does not seem wrth while at all. A 3% chance am I reading this properly or understanding it correctly ?
Armor break reduction seems most worth while. Impact deflection looks good to help keep my stuff lasting longer as well.

*checks for Nartius BH tags and finds none* I'll say the armor break protection is your best bet 
With normal AB on someone I hit for about 800 damage after armor using improved saber leg hit if they're wearing uber energy resist stuff. With improved armor break I'd do about 20% more damage.
Taking this for your armor totally negates the strength of the x4xx saber line which is flavor of the month for non master saber jedi. It's a great way to screw over jedi who don't know how to play and follow the crowd like sheep. And those are probably the ones who cry nerf for last ditch, concussion shot, panic shot, and hell maybe even overwhelming shot next! Oh no! Smugglers have a *single* shot that gives even a master defender a negative state defense modifier!

I concur with the armor break reduction slice. The bonus is that it only uses 60% customization. You can also get 1% Absorbtion (chance that you'll take half damage) and 40% resiliance (armor will give full protection down to 40% max condition).
The other two slices aren't as powerful as the Break Reduction, but you've got the customization points and the slices don't require equipment, so they should be cheap.
