I think I'd slice them.

Scatter is probably at max dmg if it was crafted by anyone smart, and as a BH your critical shot will really benefit from the critical chance slice. I'd say do thelvl 3critical chance and the lvl 4 speed, then switch out your SAC/DMG powerups as needed. Haven't sliced much armor, no suggestions there. Whatever gets your rate of fire up from the looks of it.

A weapon won't fit BOTH those slices. One or the other takes up full 100% customization. You could mix and match, of course.

thanks for the tip on the gun guys. anyone have experience slicing armor? not sure how much higher the stats will go on it, so i want to know if it is worth slicing to get higher stats or just slice armor break.

As far as Armor goes, I'd say go with 3 Armor Break slices, but that's if you're hunting Jedi. If you're not hunting Jedi, go with the...First one, I can't think of the name, but it makes it so your Armor only takes 50% damage of what it soaks.

ok thanks for the advice so far. if i do a 75% armor break slice i think i can do the lvl 1 damage reduction slice.

i was thinking for my pistol doing either the lvl 4 speed slice or doing a lvl 3 speed slice and a lvl 1 critical hit chance slice. would it be worth it to give up alittle speed for a little bit of critical hit chance?

From what I've read, the crit slice makes it occur more frequently if you're using a critical attack. Like a bh using crit strike would like it.
