Thread: Can an ADK weapon still be sliced?

I just had an amazing High Capacity Scatter and Featherweight FWG5 crafted and before thinking I threw my ADK onto the FWG5. Before I apply and ADK to the Scatter I'm wanting to know if weapons can still be sliced after they've been ADK'ed? This weapons are already at the damage cap and only a few points from the SAC cap. I was looking for a nice Critical Hit slice.

Never mind I just checked the FAQ and found it it can still be sliced. What a relief!

While we applaud you for checking the FAQ's and finding out the answer. It should also be pointed out, unless it has changed and I haven't heard it so yet, but Critical Hit is still broken and only the BH's crit shot adds any extra damage right now. Speed might be the option or you can go Crit and hope they fix it one of these years.

If he's using a High Capacity Scatter Pistol, it's safe to assume that he is a BH, and thus is using advanced critical shot as a basic damage attack. The critical slice does work with critical shot, so it would help, however speed might still be better.
