Just wondering if these are just looted items, or can they be crafted.


I am trying to figure out how slicing works, and according to the FAQ, say if you wanted to slice for speed. You would need the tier 1 smuggling tool. tier 2 - simple toolkit. tier 3 - finely crafted toolkit. and tier 4 - delicate trigger.


Reason I ask, is that I'velooted a bunchof delicate triggers, illegal core boosters, mando interframs, and reactive micro platings. But have only looted one simple toolkit.
