Thread: It's nothing but greed

I can't believe how many people have Core Boosters right now, at least on Starsider. Some BH's (not all) go out for an hour or two, come back with 10 of em, and sell them for 500k per, that is nothing but greed! I myself am buying for 50k at most, which doesn't happen often. I guess I'm just angry that BH's have yet another way to get rich and smugglers have yet another way to get it ^@^ the @&&.

I just have to hope that over the next few days we see the price drop because most of us aren't willing to pay that much, and there will be a ridiculous amount of em around.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. The first day that the new missions were live, people were still selling the components at normal or slightly-below-normal prices hoping to get rich... by now, most bounty hunters have realized how common these things really are at this point. More than once I've just had some random BH walk up to me and hand me two or three ICBs because they're eating inventory space.

I predict they'll be on the bazaars by the end of the week, at least.

Wonder if I was too greedy for selling 8% dam slices for 800k before some f'ing idiot decided to flood the market with these things. What a crock.

So much for making money with slices. They totally ruined the new slicing system because they have no concept of moderation.

bleh. This game gets worse with each passing publish.

Don't feel bad, I loaded my vendor up with over 500 slicing tools of all types before i went out of the states on bussiness. The ICBs were on there for 3mil only because I posted my vendor was going up and there would be some on there. People kept sending me tells offering 3 mil each so the 5 left overs went on for that. Now I have a vendor with 500 over priced tools that I can't get to untill the 19th

I think that with all of this essential beta testing I'm doing, I am not getting my 15 dollars/month worth...so, here's what I propose. Someday soon, everyone who feels they didn't get their moneys worth gets tothrow apie ata Dev. Just once, and not too hard, just enough to make us feel a little better.

What??? and waste perfectly good pie!!!

Throw a j3di at a dev -- they're more common than pie and should be good for something.

Right then, a jedi trebuchet. I shall start construction immediately. It will have a solid base madeout ofmolecular clamps and laser knives.

I was just getting used to the concept of rare high-level parts for high-level slices. I liked the fact that slices were going to be rare and expensive. The only change I would've made is that these high-end tools are rewards for smuggling missions. But now I suppose that we're going back to the old system where everything is sliced. Whatever.

There's no reason for SOE to not be lazy. They have a built-in fanbase, and it's the only (SW-like MMO) game in town.
