Hi, I just wanted to ask you if there's been a change in the opinion that the smuggler/the tools/the sliced items matters for the result?

I've seen some smugglers/people lately that acts like these thing does matters for the end result. As far as the FAQ here or publish notes from devs goes, I can't find anything that supports these ideas.

Your tool quality (in slicing), does not matter.

Well if you are a master smuggler, you are better than any other slicer... save another master.

I've been reading about how Slicing will change, I'm trying to find what exactly will change, can someone post the link to the post where it shows theproposed changes. Thanks
