Right,
i haven't had time to go through the revamp or people issues with it so if its been addressed sorry guys and gals.
As a lovely Smuggler i do enjoy the finer things in life that my profits can afford. Leads to a question what do you guys actually smuggle??
I dont think i have ever got some illegal stuff and broken some Imp stockade to bring it home for the rebels. I haven't switched sides for the purpose of money. I would love to smuggle some parts to blow up an imp base? impersonate some Imp Commander and take an AT for a ride?
What do you guys do that affords you a profitable life?
Not a moan but im getting bored making spices and clamps

Well currently we don't smuggle and I got bored with slicing and spices long ago and I'm neutral so don't sell fp. Basically I'm sitting on Master Smuggler for the upcoming revamp...which looks like might really happen this time. ATM I just collect space loot and sell it to the NPC for cash. Only real use for cash I have is to feed my love for collecting art.
With the revamp we'll actually get to smuggle and I intend to do a LOT of it. I'll switch sides as the economic opportunities present themselves.

it can be profitable depending on how social you are, it really is a social prof, which is why I never made too much at it, heh.

Definately, slicing normally makes your everyday money, if you pass through coronet alot anyway. And then you get repeat business from the good customers, and if you make friends and contacts that land you some nice factoin deals you can make lots and lots of money. Ive only dealt faction with 2 players (one from tell spamming me and the other as a recomendation from the dfirst customer) but get regular business and have made a few million profit from this,

see thats why im looking forward to the revamp.
I have done and cant find anyway of actually smuggling.
I want to conceal things from my enemy, run blockades and work for boths sides.......spices are fun but who does buy shadowpaw?

Oh, i just play daddy to a little organized crime syndicate.
They never let me smuggle, so i figured data broking, organizing player bounties, extortion and protection rackets would have to do.
