somesort of .net framwork error, Ant idea's on how to get this to work?

You have to have .net Framework installed. (Already loaded on most newer computers. Can be gotten from Microsoft by running Windows Update.)


And, you have to save the exe file to your harddrive. (Generally done by just right-clicking the link and choosing Save As from the dropdown.)


Once the executable is on your harddrive, it will run with no problems.
