Hello fellow Smugglers.

I am returning to the game after a long hiatus. I love the CU, and I love the changes on the horizon. I was hoping to return to the Smuggler community as it was always the best in the game. I used to play a toon named Seekealei and was once an active member of this fine community, and I even chuckled to see I'm still mentioned in the Smuggler FAQ. I always thought this was the best profession board as we've accepted our place as Smugglers and the role we've been given so far.

Anyways, I'm loving the game!! I suppose after seeing Episode III a return was inevitable. Jump to Lightspeed has been incredibly pleasing, and I've enjoyed myself so much over the last few weeks with Kashyyk that I even ran out and bought the Total Experience.

I am regretful to find Smuggler still in some dissarray. However, I understand that we are finally in line for some loving. I will read around to find out what's coming.

I was hoping someone could point me towards any Smuggler content on Kashyyk, or any tips for a returning player. I haven't even Mastered Smuggler just yet, but I should be Master by tonight or tommorrow. I've gotten the hang of the CU somewhat, as I think the time I played EQ2 assisted in strategies as well as how best to approach a fight.

I have to admit, Ep III was a big bug in my ear that brought me back as well.

I just signed back up after being gone for 9 months yesterday. Welcome back to you as well!

Evarn Terallis - Master Smuggler on Kettemoor

There are missions in which you "deliver an item while hostiles attack you" in every profession. I still don't consider [Smuggler's Alliance] pilots to be Smugglers, nor 'Smuggling' - at least not any more than Rebel Pilots or Imperial Pilots might sometimes "smuggle", with a lower-case s - JFreeman - 10/6/04

In the Myyydril caverns there is an NPC names "Shady" Pers who gives a single quest for Smugglers and you get a replica of Han Solo's pistol as a reward, also there is a Smuggler quest from an NPC at the top level of the Huge Ass Tree in Kachiro

Wow! That's awesome! Thanks very much for the tip Akiram. Is the pistol functional or more decorative?
