Can anyone tell me what the dps would come to with a speed slice. I'm not familiar with the numbers.
Attack speed: 1.84
Damage: 368-966
Base dps: 362.67/sec (Unsliced)

DPS can't be sliced, so it would remain the same.
If you're slicing speed on your weapon, then the attack speed will be increased, not the DPS.

Ok, added more info. Any idea what the stats would change to after a speed slice?

If you change the speed, it affects the dps of the weapon. Hence damage divided over a shorter amount of time for a higher DPS.

Ah, never knew that. I thought DPS was completely dependent on your skill with the weapon.

Please remember that MDPS is a missleading stat as regaurds a speed slice. The reason is, it does not take into account the speed of the special that you are using. You may have a gun with a speed of 1.3 after slicing but your MDPS is meaningless if you use a special that has a cooldown timer of say2 seconds because that is actualy the speed you are fireing at not the speed of the weapon.

A 12% increase will multiply the DPS by 1.12. But I'm not sure what the speed cap in on whatever pistol that is. Featherweight?
Attack speed: 1.84/1.12=1.64 <== This may be below the cap.
Damage: 368-966
Base dps: 362.67*1.12=406.19 <== This assumes that the cap hasn't been reached.

The crafting cap on pistols seems to be 1.73.. BUT, I've never, ever hit a slicing speed cap slicing those pistols. The speed will drop below the crafting caps just fine. Strange considering how the crafting damage caps are, but that's how it is.
