i was asking if anyone knew what it helpet with sliceing if it helpet speed damage ranged something so if you cant help dont post if you want to be an ass do that on your own

Its for a Master smuggler to do your higher end weapon slices. Take it to a smuggler u trust for a nice upgrade or sell it to him apparently hard to find at this early stage in the loot drops for slices.
