Concussion shot, I'm invincible against anything melee, but then again I'mgarbage against ranged, I've considered smuggler/rifleman for complete invincibility (most npc's have a range of 55m, most rifles have 65) but that's too cheap. Either way, I love it, but it has to be fixed for the good of us all.

Well, Concussion Shot is supposed to shut the target down, not just root them, so yes, I'd like it fixed to be what its supposed to be.
