Thread: Once an item has been bio linked, it cant be sliced?

I bio linked a weapon. Traded it to my smuggler. It did not give the option to slice in the radial menu. However, they can be sliced beforehand.
So once you bio link that thing, its all over. If they can be traded to smugglers and itsnever been sliced,shouldn't they be able to slice them after they have been bio linked.

An even better option, if they do go ahead with the planned changes to slicing, changing the bio-link should be a slicing option, just use40-60 slicing pointsor what ever the system is. Make bio linked weapons tradable, but meens you dont get as good as improvement

shouldn't bio linking increase the slice? I mean it's only usuable by one person now right...so it's not like they're gonna sell it

A smuggler should be able to slice the bio link so that it is tradable. Talk about your 100k slice, thats probobly why they won't do it because then the smugglers might actually make some money.

Well I biolinked a gun that I didnt want to have sliced yet. I wanted to wait until they fixed slicing. Now that Ive biolinked it, my gun is screwed and cant be sliced. Thats a load of crap.

Ya i did the same thing on my knucks of the katarn,and several other weapons was told it wasnt a bug,would of been nice if they let us know this
