Ok so I am not a smugaler so I need a bit of help with this. I looted a item in space off some ties called a Reactive Core Booster. Looks like a Armor Plate. ANyways it says it is an enhancer for smugs. I look though a cpuple of the stickies but did not see it listed .

So here ar ethe questions.

1: What is it?

2: is for a Armor or Weapon upgrade

3: How do you use it once it is sliced or what have you? I am guessing it is a drag and drop like a PU. But that is a guess.

Its a component used in some armor slices. The Smuggler FAQ will give more information.

It sounds to me like you're mixing two different items. The item that looks like an armor layer is the Reactive Micro Plating. It's used in armor slicing. Level 3 Armor Break protection, I believe. Then there's the Illegal Core Booster, which is for level 3 damage slices on weapons.
