This chart is for figuring out the cost of Rebel Faction items. I will put the math below, so you can understand the pricing.
Smugglers get faction items at 75% of cost.
The price of faction, when purchased from a Rebel Recruiter is 80cpu.
A pair of master smuggler colonels are able to accrue and transfer faction at a rate of 100/118.
This makes the actual cost of faction equal to 94.4cpu.
So to find the price that a Smuggler Colonel must pay (Z) to aquire an item(A) is: [A x .75] x 94.4 = Z
Now, the market price of faction is 150cpu.
So to figure the charge rate (C) you take the average of faction costs and multiply by 150.
For example, a Marine Armor Chestplate is 4000fp. A master smuggler can purchase it for 3000fp.
Therefore: [4000 + 3000] / 2 x 150 = C. C = 525,000
To find the guildmate cost(G), we simply split the difference of the actual cost (Z) and the selling price (C).
[Z + C] / 2 = GSo to stay with the example of the Chestplate, it takes roughly 10 minutes to grind, approximately the same amount of time it would take to run 2 missions.
The amount of profit (P) made by a smuggler is half the difference between the cost (Z) and the price (C), since it requires 2 master smugglers to get the cheapest price.
C - Z / 2 = P
[525,000 - 283,200] / 2 = 120,900 profit.
[404,100 - 283,200] / 2 = 60,450 profit on guild sale.
Profit can also be found by multiplying the smuggler's fp cost (F) by 40.3. Guild profit is 20.15%, still well under the smuggler's discount.
F x 40.3 = P : F x 20.15 = P(guild)
So, if 2 people wanted a chestplate each, they could ask the smuggler pair to grind for it. While the smugglers are working, they could each take 2 missions, with a payout of approximately 25k each. Within 10 minutes, the mission pair would have made nearly 50k each, about the same as the guild profit for the smugglers, which is how these equations were figured.
