Last Ditch is better than Stopping shot in every way:
Last Ditch = 6.0 Damage Multiplier, 4.0 Delay Mod, Chance to Stun
Stopping Shot = 5.0 Damage Multiplier, 4.0 Delay Mod
As for a chart, you can try going to the pistoleer forum and click on the Important Links sticky. There you wil find a link to a dps calculator which includes the damage/delay mods for all pistol specials (marksman/pistoleer/smuggler/BH).

Does anyone have any links to threads with graphs/charts of dmg modifiers and delays for pistoleer specials. I know i've seen these before, but I'd like one that has last ditch included. I want to compare it with stopping shot and see how it matches up.
