Well, Caylin's emailed him the two revamp document threads, so we'll just have to wait and see if he comes and comments on what's been done. Due to previous experience, I'm not holding my breath, but his comments would be extremely welcome by all in the community, Dev feedback being an essential requirement for us to get this document tailored exactly right.
As to the 19 answers thread, I'm hoping he'll be posting that some time today or tommorow. If not, then I guess we have to sit tight and wait like the last lot of professions had to (albeit it double the wait if he takes as long as he did with them).
My only advice would be to sit back and pray to whatever it is you usually pray to that the o'mighty TH gets 'a posting

I think the answers will be good ones for the question.
However, don't expect the question to come off that thread I stickied where we were tossing around ideas over what it should be.
