We have put forth an effort to create a revamp document.

As a community, lets create a letter to SOE. The next document will be the work in progress and when it is concluded we will post it on the forums (where we determine it is appropriate).

I believe Sapperlight has summed it up pretty well:

very nice letter, however I would not want to have people suggest changes to his letter that he wrote.

If he doesn't mind creating a 'community' letter...then I think that would be a great start (and close to final version).
