Or are we just in a nebulous "after JTL" holding pattern, which could mean the publish after JTL or 3 years after JTL?

This is ticking me off badly. I feel like the devs keep holding the carrot out in front of us just out of our reach.

Logically one would assume that because we were on the top of the ladder for a revamp we will remain on that ladder in our current position postponed until after the expansion.

However....the tone of the state of the game is non-comittal. We could now be looking at January, but in the same respect we could be looking at July of 2005. We could be looking at 2006. All of these things are post-expansion.

I suggest that we push for a definitive schedule for our revamp as our next question.

I really wouldn't object if Caylin were to say

"Here are questions which you can choose from to answer

1) How soon after the expansion are we looking at a revamp.

2) How soon after the expansion are we looking at a revamp.

3) How soon after the expansion are we looking at a revamp.

Nothing else matters"

Oh, that's reassuring....Caylin, don't take this as a personal attack, as I don't mean it to sound that way at all, but how long has this information been out there? People have been working their butts off with the publish 11 in their head, and I for one would like to know how long we've already been out of sight, out of mind.
