A frined of mine told me that we canTEF people as a maste smuggler is this true
if so how do we do it

Be overt and trade with a covert to slice his or her weapons and armor = TEF
If something is going to be implemented for us to do this in a different manner, which I highly doubt since it would be considered griefing, don't expect to see it till Christmas.

hum.. maybe we can't do it....
it makes sense that Smugglers and their underworld connections may know who the rebles / imps are under cover
