Thread: The Empire is on to me

About a month ago I decided to move to Tatooine and start a guild. Everything has been going great. People are joining and I am trying to get everyone to roleplay the scoundrel, space sucm, pirate type. We are about 1000m from Jabbas Palace so I figure we should play that role. I want people to be somewhat leary of entering our city. I saw a guild mate tell a customer, "Your lucky your not dead, this city is dangerous.", I started laughing and gave him a generous tip for doing a great job roleplaying. Anyways, being a Master Smuggler, I put up a food factory and started pumping out the spices to put on my vendor. I don't know if this is just coincidence but I have been getting Probe Droids landing and scannig me and StormTroopers dropping form shuttles almost every day since I started making the spices. My factory is usually almost full of them. I just wondered if anyone else has had this happen. Maybe this happens more frequently on Tatooine. Most have been within or just outside of my city. I also was fishing on Endor with a large amount of spices and sliced goods when a shuttle dropped some StormTroopers next to me. I am not complaining about this, I actually encourage it. This probably has nothing to do with me but it has been great to see this happening. It has been a few days now since I have seen any. Please send more my way, its the only thing that makes me feel like the criminal I am.

This kind of thing was happening to me recently but on a personal level, about 2-3 times a day when I'm out hunting, I would bump into Stormtroopers who just happen to be in the area, shuttles would also land near me and the troops would jump out and run after me to try and scan me 
Then a few days ago I had enough of the hurassment, a shuttle landed behind me as I was relaxing on a beach, I watched the shuttle take off, beafed myself up on Brandy (already buffed) up on my armor and started tearing their arms out of their sockets!!.
I think the word got out that this Wookie is not only a Smuggler but a TKM.... this morning another shuttle landed near me, so I started running towards them.. to my suprise the whole squad turned and started to run, I tried to keep up but I was laughing too hard

I am willing to bet that probe droids and scanning crews are most apt to fall near the boundaries of planets. I don't incluce the scan teams put in a small handful of major cities like Kaadara, Naboo.

That would make sense. We are located right on the edge of the map. I hope your right, my guildies keep seeing them too. I keep getting tells from them like: "OMG you won't believe what I just saw." and stuff like that.

The only probe droid I've ever seen fall was near the border of Tatooine, not far from Jabba's

I've had droids come outta nowhere.. I was cruisin on yavin and to my surprise I got yanked off my speeder... those dang things always find me

I haven't ever seen them... but if Producing factory Spice ishow to make them show up I guess its Time to put my food factory back down.
