Yep, at Slicing IV your slices for weapons will range between 30-10%, while at master it's 35%-15%, for armour effectiveness and encumberance at slicing IV you can range between 10%-30% and 15%-40% respectively, while at master it's 11%-35% and 20%-45% respectively.
