Ok, ok, so slicing results are random I get it...But I do have one more kind of related question. When I use a fan or mol. clamp Iget lots of failures( 5 for 5). Do these itemsreally do anything or is it justone more option to throw in to the random slicingmix?

When you use a clamp or fan (i.e. right after you've selected to use one and clicked ok), the lengthy description text above the list of options will change and tell you which wire to cut (just look out for either red or blue amidst the text).

With a clamp you're told the right wire to cut each time, with the fan it just gives you a 75% chance of being right.

Edit: You might want to check out the Smuggler FAQ, which contains this and many other gems of information . Also, for info and guides Smuggler related, check out this thread.

Wasn't there a ?tip? out that stated the sometimes the text for the clampstated " the light indicatecd red. Cut the positive wire -or- the light indicated blue. Cut the negative wire. The correct wire to cut is the wire listed as either positive or negative and to not use the color coding.

I've been comparing the colors and the text sice then. I haven't found any wrong but then again I haven't cut the wrong wire either.
