ok, i picture myself, as a smuggler, loading up my transport ship with customers(passengers), say taking a group of rebels to some rebel space station. no sooner do i lift off, then a swarm of 10 tie fighters who were waiting in orbit jump me. they quickly take out my hyperdrive, then, after a fight where we take out a few of them, they blow up my ship and passengers... reward:tons of faction. then they go back to waiting for the next transport ship. is this a possibility, you think?

That would be GREAT if FD worked with your ship! You could power it down completely and make it would look inoperable and like floating junk to ships passing by! That'd be a great way to avoid passing TIE patrols

It happens in real life, why not here? That's why you'd be smuggling the passengers. You should have a chance to not con red to the TIE's. This seems elementary to me, but they'll probably just make it so you aren't overt for X minutes once hitting space like they did at shuttles... which, I suppose, I do sort of support. No one should be killed before they load, but they also shouldn't get away because of a timer and a faster processor, y'know?
