Thread: Delegate points --- is there any way to make it faster ?

hi, I'd like to get in fp business, but it's way too slow/time consuming, even with a macro, is there any other way to do it right ?

Sadly, the only way I've found to do it fast is to grind fp missions and stockpile up some fp for future sale. This does have the added benefit of collecting credits for the faction missions.

the fp macro i had whenit works is awesomely quick the problem is however, it sextremely lag suceptible so messes up.

I use the macro in the FAQ. I tweaked it to go faster, but I found my tweaks didn't help. That is a pretty quick macro, as I can get 250 pts delegated in what seems like 15-18 seconds.
Now I use a 56k for the time being, so I have to go somewhere remote to sell with any efficiency with my macro. I find that the Rebel Hideout POI on Corellia is the best place to go. It is always turreted, it's remote, and the lag i get there is near nonexistant.
If you use the macro in the FAQ and head there, I promise things will seem good to you

If you want to do it right, that sure sounds like it's the right way to me.

The fastest way is to do the buying by hand, and have a macro that just delegates the points to the person. I have 3 macros set to delegate 3 different amounts, 351,352, and 250fp.
If it allows me to make 3 fp purchases, I delegate 351 or 352. If it allows me to only make 2fp purchases, the I delegate 250 and keep doing that until it allows me to buy enought for a 351/352 delegation. If I play with those 3 macros, I find I can delegate 351/352 most of the time. With that, and doing the buying manually on a non laggy place like Rori rebel outpost, it goes by pretty fast.

Well i could vouch that the macro still works faster. After you do the math on how many times you must mash /del 351, my macro buys in clean chunks of 250. I am always delegating 250 with every pass of the macro. All I have to do is check how many 250's I have delegated.
Whatever you prefer, but I remember doing it by hand was a real b****. Now all I do is watch for "you have delegated 250 fp's to The Mango" My client chills, I chill, like butta'
