is there any? im sure this must have been discussed before.. but i couldnt gleam an answer from the sticky's, maybe i missed it. I know we are all touchy about re-asking questions so in advance...sorry...

From the Smuggler FAQ in the stickies:


Slicing 4 Master


Weapon 10-30% Speed or Damage15-35% Damage or Speed


Armor 15-30% Effectiveness 11-35% Effectiveness


Armor: 15-40% Encumbrance20-45% Encumbrance
