I spotted tiggs outside the starport in bestine, calling for people to join the empire, i have screen shots but not sure where to place them.

Probably an NPC actor. See the screenies in another thread on this forum.

Yeah, it was an NPC actor. JawRocker kept dropping them. He (or maybe someone else) even had one of Greenmarine rallying on about how dancers can dance and medics can heal but smugglers can't smuggle.

Oooooohhh... IDEA!
Instead of players sitting around places such as starports, now the players can set up the NPC actors to start spamming starports with petitions for things!

How could it be an NPC Actor? You can't place NPC's in NPC cities...

actualy they were NPC ACTORS and ESF stole the idea and planted them all over bestine yesterday. i made mine say things Very pro smuggler LOL. but it is a bug in the program that allows them to be placed in NPC cities

Yea I had my fun with TH and GM, that's in my thread on this, screenshot included, but don't use the clicky it links to a crappy picture! 
I was actually contacted by a Dev or someone with Dev-like powers over another one of my actors... he was standing in Cnet, saying "I'm a bug, please fix me." It worked This person sends me a tell, asks me how i did it, then asks my permission to remove the actor. so it's now officially a known issue. also, it probably wasn't a CSR unless CSRs have undercover alts without the "CSR" in front of their names.

Cool man. I just figured it was Jawrocker since his guy was standing next to him proclaiming that he was a PvP god... that was right before sirgronk pooned him in three hits.
