im for real the devs have nerfedour only defence that is if the combat part of smuggler is the only defence and offence you have... the devs nerfed it good this time i mean now no matter what who ever attacks you can incap you and then the count starts and when its done you stand up its like we are no more.. or they can kill you if they decide not to just incap you>!!!!!!
when we fake death its to get the ###h##e's to leave us alone and go away or to save are necks if we'er in trouble but this is crazy we got nothing left now this is .....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.!!!

... the contentless nerf of FD is so typical SOEs style, a pain in the 4ss really.
and it was not even noted in the announcement listing, great job devs. u remove the only and only defense of a hybrid profession that is ment to do combat, not in a high offesive way as a elite combat profession, but now u gave a weak profession a last ditch.... only coz this darn jebays ( im sure most of them are ) "exploited" it thousands of times... i never saw someone using FD in PvP before i was BH ( but u had the ability and im sure it saved a few smugglers lives, wots fair enough as a normal smuggler probably never has the chance to pwn some other player in PvP )... now u nerfed FD but jedi can still build up a house in seconds and hide.... great stuff!
it have been so easy in another way, lets say FD works as other skills like KD/warcry/wotever, u hit the button and sometimes ur successfull, sometimes not, its an ability, u get +70 points on it as Rogue so let it work like an ability.... or another way: SOE seems not to realize that this is a RP, wot means Players knowledge is NOT chars knowledge, if ur opponent is FD, so hes dead in the eyes of u char as long as u dont have a sufficent ability ( lets say diagnosis 4 of medic for exapmle ) to recognize its feigned...

Fake death??? I believe that once usefull skill was named feign death.....
