Thread: How do I put the schematic in the Equipment Factory?

and make sure u have the same resources(type) that u used to make the schematic in the factory. That took me a few days of being pissed off about the factory turning off before i pulled me head out of my arse

If you are making slicing tools, you need to be sitting next to a 'general item' station. There's more to the name than that, but it'll be obvious. If you're wanting to make a schematic for spices, then a food crafting station is in order. The rest is obvious and there are some very good point in the prior posts -- especially about the ingredients. Copper!= Copper. There are different kinds and the factory wants the exact kind specified in the schematic.
Now... go buy a 'general item' or 'food' factory depending on what you want to make.
- access the schematic slot and put in your schematic. If it tells you that you don't have a schematic that'll work with this factory when you click on it, you goofed or you haven't made the schematic yet.
- access the ingredient hopper. Put in all the ingredients that you need.
- put in power. You can buy this from vendors or pick some up on the bazaar. I tend to go for radioactive since I like glowy-without-Force.
- pay the maintenance on the factory. You wouldn't want it bursting into flames, would you?
- turn it on!
- you'll get an email when it stops.
I'd be more specific on what/where all of those buttons are, but I don't have the game running next to me. You should be able to figure it out from all the posts. If you're still having problems, PM me.

Says I don't have a schematic to be used in it. Now, I remeber that I have to make the schematic first, but how do I do that?

sit next to a public crafting station and when yu have made the item as normal select create and 3 option's will come up 1 .to make a prototype 2 to experiment on the object or 3 to make a schematic choose that option and it will go in yur datapad where yu can then select it from the factory

Well, I went ahead and searched for it (don't know why I didnt' do it first), but found something about crafting near a station of the same type. However, I still can't get it to work. Plz, someone enlighten me.

what are yu trying to make? and if yur using a generic crafting tool yu cant make schems from them it has to be one of the specialist crafting tools ie. weapons/food
