What is the difference between a weapon sliced by a Slicer 2 and a Slicer 4? I have been slicing lately (slicing 3) and was wondering, because my slices turn out good quality. Do the items decay at a faster rate at the lower level, or are the improvement percentages just better with slicing 4?

Also, while I'm already posting, are the percentage improvements performed by Master Smugglers better than the two previous levels of experience?

there's no difference in a 15% slice if it was done by a master or a Slicing II. all the difference is in your ability to get a higher slice. its all in the stickies.
