as topic I wonder if a master smuggler gets better % slice then those who only have slicing 4. I also wonder if u get a better & slice on armours if u are slicer 4 then if u only are slicing 3.

actually they get a higher average result, the increase is something like 5%. But that's still an average. eing a mster doesn't prevent from having poor slices like 11%.
