You won't find anyone willing to sell them for 2k a piece. Honestly ou need to post this in the flurry trade forum, and go run missions and buy them from coronet.

If you're guilded, ask your guildmates. They usually have huge stacks of locked containers piled up in their houses. I got Slicing I and II just by slicing those


On a side note:any server-related trade should go to the trade forums. People with locked containers who are not smugglers themselves will not look in this forum.
