Thread: question about faction base deeds

If I buy a detatchment HQ deed from an Imperial recruiter, and then give that deed to a rebel. Will the base be rebel when he plants it? Imperial? Or simply not allow him to plant it at all.

It will tell him he isn't the right faction to place that item.

ty I heard a rumor somewhere that they could plant it and it would be rebel. Glad to know what really happens

The only item I know for sure does that is the covert faction scanner. They are not faction specific.
The bases most certainly are and the turrets I just can't remember. I don't think they were but I can't swear to it.

Base deeds you must be the correct faction, the defense items (turrets, minefields, and scanners) can be used be either.
