Well ditch the old Muon as its -20% action regen is a big no-go in the new combat system unless you don't plan on fighting...
Neutron Pixie is ideal for people who have NO medic skills.
Booster Blue is ideal for people who CAN HEAL THEMSELVES regularly.
(they are similar except Neutron Pixie has Health Regen while the Blue has a Mind one...)
On BRIA 5k-6k a crate of 25 seems about average price.
