Got me some new faction armor last night 
Well after grinding the faction out I had the sucker sliced. Put it on and awsome700 improvment to resist... Log on this morning to find out 3.4% speed hinderance to each piece. 2.5% to accuracy. and 1.5% to movement speed. Yet I haven't seen nothing that says that slicing will do this to your armor. If this is true and not a bug boy you all are really getting the shaft......

It was stated that slicing armor will increase it's effectiveness, yet at the cost of also increasing it's hinderances.
