That's the "bubble tank". You can get that by doing a quest from someonein Restuss, Rori. It's quite a bit larger than the shisa.

The shisa schemis a reward for the second part of the "Secrets of Syren" quest.
The bubble tank schem mission is given by a human female NPC in Restuss on Rori. When you walk out of the spaceport head straight about 30 meters and there's a street to your right. It passes in front of the Med Center and there's an Imp NPC standing nearby. Just around the corner of that street you'll see the NPC who gives you the quest. It involves going out the bug cave on Rori and killing a few of those suckers. Just wish I could remember the NPC's name.

Ahhh, ok, nice. So the Shisa looks more like a "tobacco water pipe" even?
Gotta check out that Bubble Tank quest. Do you rememberwhat NPC gives that one perchance?
Cha, except it's about the size of your shoe, whereas the bubble tank is roughly half a human height..
Hmm the NPC in Restuss...lemme think...her name is Risha Sina and she's around the starport.
