Smuggler Archive

Lets say my weapon is 30 points below the cap of its craftable max damage. If I get it damage sliced, can it exceed the craftable max damage? Or will it not get the full 8% and just stop at the craftable max damage? Thanks.

It won't even go to the crafting cap.
