I don't remember laughing while i was running away.heh.....i have remained neutral but i think i have about -700 imp points...never have i been fined though...all you have to do is run unless your a reb....in which case some entire cities go red on you...lol....

most of the time im in the middle of lagging when i get scanned or im not paying attention and i get hit with the 50 point faction penalty

I know most of you may already know that this "crack downer" is kind of a joke, but maybe some, like myself until a few minutes ago may not know how much of a joke.... I just got a message from a friend, a former smuggler, she surrendered smuggler a few weeks ago. After being scanned she was fined 360 credits for 3 weapons and 2 crates of spice. I mean I knew it was just a few hundred creds but I thought at least per piece! You get more from any "noob-mission". What's this supposed to be? The contest of how hard can you laugh before you break down?
