Smuggler Archive

there will be some redundancies, like Stopping shot from Pistoleer and Concussion shot from Smuggler. both of them "root" the target, but they do have subtle differences. Stopping shot does twice the damage of Concussion shot, but the root lasts half as long.

i'm at work so i can't remember any other redundancies right now. but i think there were a couple others.

edit: just so you know. i plan on keeping the master Smuggler/master Pistoleer combo despite any redundancies.
