I don't know if anyone's tested these yet, but we've certainly been given a stealth revamp as far as spices are concerned.

The ones I've tested so far are:

Muon Gold:
15 mins
Health +20%
Health Regen +20%
Action Regen -20%
Mind Regen +20%

Neutron Pixie:
15mins
Health +20%
Health Regen +20%
Action Regen +20%
Mind Regen -20%

Shadowpaw:
5mins
Health Regen -10%
Action Regen +20%

Grey Gabaki
5mins
Health -10%
Mind Regen +20%

Added to that, downers for all spices have been reduced to around 30s. Can't complain. Not when you consider what's happened to chef food/drink.
