Thread: 7%, 8% , 16% fixed rate slices...

Anyone else experienced this with the new weapons? The new BH Dart Carbine slices seem fixed at 16%dmg didn't get a speed slice for the fix. And the new Death ------ Pistols fixed at 8%dmg and 7% speed. I slighted a case with no variance in results.
What exactly is happening here? Are they reducing the effects of slicing? I surely hope not. it seems they finally give us the ability to control the slice in the Smuggler Update but they are drastically reducing the effctiveness of the slice. I said right 7% speed or 8% dmg on the new pistols. Perhpas there's a new dmg cap for each weapon? Maybe this is bugged? No clue but it is deeply disturbing.

I did on TC. All Armor I sliced did 7% effectivness. I thought that would change though consistancy would be nice.

I sliced a pair of Czerkas and on got 8% to damage on them both. Then I turned around and sliced 4 Renegades in a row for 11% damage. That's not really enough examples for me to be convinced that it's fixed, but it's got me suspicious.

Sliced 4 pieces of comp/assault armour last night and got 14% effect on all of them...
Go figure

I sliced over 40 new weapons last night in live and managed between 5-15% average speed/damage..tho i got 1 30% speed on a knuck and a couple in the low 20's....interesting that on the TC i had a good few 30% damage slices so overall im not sure whats going on Hope we can get some good ones now and then....I will say that the more elite type weapons sliced lower than others,as was said above might be cap involved so no one gets an all out uber weap.

with lines of customers my averages are 8 percent damage 13 to 15 speed and a rare 20 damage. it will work though because max damage is way higher or some so it will balance out explain that to customers and they shouldnt have any grief. if so low blow them and walk away.
