Below is mypost to Mr Blackmans reply.
A tad harsh maybe, but I was sufficiently peeved by his lack of answers.
I would like to Smuggle.
I purchased the game to Smuggle.
The Advertisements and the blurb on the box said I could be a Smuggler.
Why am I a "Slice Monkey"?
The real reason people are getting angry is not so much becausethe proposed/promised fixes to their professions are being put on hold, but because we cannot get a straight answer form you or any red name.
If you were to come onto the boards and state, for example, : "The Smuggler Revamp is off until next March because (insertreason here)" then a lot of we Smugglers would be satisfied. We might not be happy but at least we would have an expected time frame for our Revamp.
All we get is empty promises, assurances that we are being looked at, the occassional Dev post about needing our Corrospondent to send them our ideas........then total silence for months on end. If any information is given out, it is "after JTL and the Combat Balance and Jedi". I wish I could have that sort of planning at my work. Your attitude seems to be tofinish whenever you want because you know we will keep playing in the hope, the vain hope, that our revamp is just around the next corner.
I read somewhere that one of the goals which you set yourselves was for bettercommunication with the customers, you have failed, not "doing analright job" or "could be better", you have failed dismally.
I payed for SWG and I had assumed that my monthly payments would be used to ensure that the game I purchased was working and fun, instead it seems that part of the fee I am paying is going towards development ofa new game/addition which you will still have the nerve to charge me for, even though it was my money which payed for part of its development.
Only one word can sum up my current feelings toward SOE and Lucasarts attitudetowards us as paying customers.....DISGUST.

Cant agree with you more,frankly as paying customers why should we take this rubbish anymore. I pay my subscription and i am not satisified with the product why should i be nice and smiley and thank someone for doing their job(or not as the case is)
The number of we love you hayden,thanks for posting threads etc really got my back up. The guy doesnt have a clue any other business would have called for his resignation by now. I know if i treated my customers this badly in my line of work i would have been sacked months ago.
Enough is enough! Fix the Damn game!

My account has not been suspended, but it would not surprise me if it was after my comments. That is what I meant to say in the topic.
Wait and see I guess, read worse on here but they seem pretty touchy of late, cant understand why?

Why would your account be suspended for THAT?
I've seen worse things said...hell, I've even said worse than that...
And my post in the same thread was equally accusatory, not to mention the other Smugglers that weighed in on the topic, so if you get suspended, there's gonna be a whole line behind you...
