you have to see it on the brighty side at least it's 17% faster than it was before.

any slice is an improvement, and no slicer or master smuggler had a better chance of getting an "uber" slice than you (unless you're not master smuggler yet), so yeah, as someone else said, at least it's 17% faster than it was before.

My DE-10, which I bought for 5mil when they were first released, got a 17% dmg slice ... and I don't mind.

this is EXACTLY the reason I don't slice for privates anymore

get a cheezy slice and the guy's pissed
get a wonderfull damage slice and get 50k in best cases.

land a 30ish damage slice on DE10 and put it in an auction, you pay let's say 500k for the unsliced thing (low price) land a damage slice and people will fight to pay 3M to get it. land a 20ish speed and put it in a vendor for 700k you'll make 200k out of it within a few days.

I even tend to put low slice items at lower price than the price I paid, cause it's more fair and can allow new players to get cool cheap gear, anyway I make the benefits on other items with better slices.
