Does anyone else agree that a place that SERIOUS gambling can take place would be a good idea? (I;m not talking about those crappy tables in one of the cities). I am aching to fritter a couple of million hard earned credits 
Or possibly allowing smugglers to place a gambling table in some cantinas, depending on the level of the smuggler depends on how long the table stays in the cantina undetected.
Or even allow smugglers to be the croupier on that table? with a possibility of a TEF if troopers come and frisk the place out? Would certainly make waiting for a buff more entertaining being able to have a little flutter while you wait?

We've got a fairly successful casino up and running on Chilastra.
Right now, the game of choice if Pazaak, and every Monday night is the big gambling night.
We'll be expanding soon to a bigger casino, and probably try a few more games.
Oh, and so far the biggest pot that has been played for was 400k... Not too shabby.

Sounds good... But how do you implement the games themselves? is it on a player trust basis or are there gambling games built into the SWG game iself?

We mostly use a dealer and dice..

Hey mate and all fellow gamblin' smugglers!
I love gambling and I know just the place for it: Jabba's Palace! That place is in my eyes the most awesome place in SWG. It's got great music (allright, it's not the original Lapti Nek but what the hey), you're there with Jabba himself, Oola to watch, and Boba Fett peeking over your shoulders. And all the time, more lost souls are pouring in.
I play Snake Eyes myself, and I think it's fantastic. There you can really win those millions! Oh and I'm always up for a game so if you're on the Infinity server just give me a /tell.

I'd love to see some high stakes gambling in this game implemented. Sabacc would be my game of choice. I'm pretty good too. Here's a good web version of the game.
