there not always readily availible. it allows more atmosphere to the game. ANd um your smuggler you underworld connections makes you a perfect canidate..and the 2% is really going to be saved 9 times out of ten you had to travel to the spynet op as it is..

Perhaps if the radial menu said request information and you could then decide if you want to give that BH the information all you have to do is click Yes or No. It could make for some good RP and I know the last thing I want to do is help out certain BH's.
Overall though I think it's a great idea.....*looks around* don't tell anyone this but I already do a little bit of this just by keeping an eye out for people that BH's I know have missions on.

It would work best if the BH asked the Smuggler for info rather than use any Radial menu at all. I'm not an NPC, speak to me! Anyway...
The BH mission would have some identifying number (like the serial numbers on items) on it which the BH would give the Smuggler, who would then use some new tool to put the info onto a disk, which he trades to the BH in return for payment. The BH uses the disk from his inventory and then it's just like he got the info from the NPC.

Bre your idea is ok, but not great. Also dont come in here and tell smugglers who have been working on content issues for over 1yr that your the only one who wants to see interaction between players. Maybe you should read some of the thousands of content ideas that are infact stronger then yours before you flip out over a one star rating, which btw everyone has gotten from time to time.

Depending on your level of udnerworld is your level os spynet opertive...how it would work is if a bh see's you after taking a bounty mission he would walk up toyou click the radial open and he would get all the normal ones then would get one that say said Spynet Op. it would then give teh bio sig. when upon completion of the BH's missions and the BH gets paid 2% would go to the Smuggler for his assistance..

It would be nice to be an information smuggler, but I'd rather it not be handled with a Radial menu like I was some wandering NPC. Also, why wouldn't the BH just go to an NPC and save the 2%?

Blah, forum just ate my original idea.
How about an /areatrack that was instead a /citytrack based on information you got from semi-permanent city folk? In essence, you walk up to a spynet op (or a bartender, or trainer, or something like that) and ask them about a person, or maybe just 'who they've seen recently' and you get a little list as per the ranger ability.
Would let a skilled underworld guy locate someone within a city. I'd make it work only inside city limits, and maybe restrict it to NPC cities only. It'd be more RP/immersion boosting than anything else.
