I think I've seen in alot of post, maybe even in the FAQ's that 15% is the lowest a master smuggler can get on any slice... well, while slicing my latest batch of armor I got this little doozie, yes I had to edit the size of the file to drop it on filedump (only 100k file size is rediculus) and the free program I had put a watermark on it to save it, but it has not be tampered with in any way, only compressed. Am I wrong about this? Is 14% normal? I didn't see any out of the 15 or so crates tonight. A few 15's but this was the only one lower.

Armor effectiveness can go as low as 11%

15% is the basement for every other type of slice I do believe

Though I could be mistaken.. it has been a few months since I've played...

yup 15% is the minimum on weapons at master.

armor is a different animal and 11% effectiveness slices are the low end. It's in the FAQ, should you wish to look it up.

You can imagine my guildie's reaction when I (who has been a m smuggler for over 8 months) got an 11% slice on his comp chestplate the other night

Just be happy it is effectiveness and not encum... at least on a pvp suit where you are totally buffed.
