Well Sony has definitely taken on some interesting tactics with us lately. I wonder how much of it is due to Raph's philosophies?

They seem to have isolated us fairly well and even let us mouth-off without restriction as long as we do it in this forum only. No locked threads, no additional bans after last Thursday and only a few seeming thread deletions. We don't seem to be able to get banned no matter what we do now. Guess you don't want any more martyrs Sony? At least you have some wisdom in SOME area, I was beginning to believe you all were just completely dim-witted.

And, despite quite a few account cancellations, not ONE word from Sony about where our SMUGGLING content went or why they refuse to communicate with us.

My guess is this is their way of purging the Irritant Smugglers...of which I am proudly one.

After the Irritant Smugglers accounts have expired they'll be left with the content and that will mean they'll dish out whatever pablum they choose to serve at whatever speed they choose to serve it. Even IF they post In Concept you'll never know what it is you'll REALLY be getting until it's too late to do anything about it.

The entire concept of customer communications is a joke with SOE. Despite a continued 'effort' in bettering communication they have not made ANY progress. In fact I would bet it was all purposeful lip-service with no actual intentions of ever really communicating meaningfully.
